Caffeina Cafe
When I went to Caffeina Cafe 2 Sundays ago to have coffee and breakfast, the shop was closed. I know that the cafe opens at 7AM but why the hell is it closed at 9AM? Apparently, the only people inside are on-the-job trainees. The trainees told us they can only serve coffee so we decided to have take away coffee. When I tried to use my ensogo coupons, one of the trainees said that they cannot process my vouchers since they weren't allowed to use the computer (or some machine) to validate our coupons. We had no choice but to eat/drink somewhere else.
I love their coffee especially their latte. But why the hell is it closed at 9AM when it should start serving people at 7AM!
Last Sunday, I called Caffeina at 830AM to check if there are staff (not OJT peeps) already. Guess what? An on-the-job trainee answered the phone and told me there's none. I asked what time will the real staff arrive, she said about 9 or 930.
Caffeina Cafe management, are you aware of this bullshit?
