Logitech M185 Wireless Mouse

I bought this mouse for SGD17.90 at the IT Show last August 31, 2012. After using it for 8 days, the middle click is now unresponsive. The item is past the 7 days replacement period so I have no choice but to bring it to Logitech. But it's too cumbersome to go to their service center and have it replaced. Damn.

Update (09/09/2012):
After searching the Logitech (community) website, the advice to a user who experienced an unresponsive left click is to turn off the device, remove the battery, then click the left and right buttons alternatively for 20 seconds. Apparently, this will remove some electricity shit in those areas. I tried the technique including the middle click for 20 seconds and it worked! Good thing it's now working perfectly as I'm too lazy to bring it to their service center.

Update (10/14/2012)
This middle click issue is happening every single damn day.

Asus K43SV

I recently bought an Asus K43SV-i7 laptop. After testing it out for a while, I noticed that when I use earphones and the nearby USB port at the same time, I get a static/buzz/hum sound. I've searched the Internet for this issue and found out that this is a common problem for this model. To minimize the static/buzz/hum sound when I use a mouse, I started using a wireless mouse. No more annoying sound for now.
